Die Straße verfügt über teilweise einen Gehweg sowie eine Fahrbahnbreite von 3 m. Es gilt eine Einbahnstraße. Es ist kein Radweg vorhanden. Hier verläuft die Buslinie 5016/16/16. In der Umgebung befindet sich eine Recyclingstation. Die nächste Haltestelle in der Nähe ist Klenzebrücke (ca. 50 m entfernt). Eine Lessingstraße gibt es auch in Weiden in der Oberpfalz und Amberg.
